wwBackup provides a simple and convenient way to backup the currently active Microsoft® Word document.
 
  • Places a menu item on your File menu, so that wwBackup will be available to all documents.
  • Saves a list of the destinations selected for backup.
  • Can create a mirror folder on the destination drive.
  • Works across a network. Requires that the destination network drive be a shared resource.
  • Can backup to the same name (a synchronized backup), or to a version number (an archival backup), or to a time stamped copy.
